About my order

Can I order even if you’re out of stock?

Yes, we’ll place your order on our list. We’ll get in touch when your top is going to be made. And we’ll only charge your card when your items are ready to ship. 

How will you ship my top?

Orders within the UK will be shipped Royal Mail. We’ll send you an email to let you know it’s on its way.

Orders from outside the UK will also be sent via Royal Mail. We’ll send you an email when it’s dispatched, along with a tracking number – so you can check its progress.


About our clothing

Do you supply shops?

Yes, you can find out list of stockists on the Stockist page.  We are working with shops who understand the importance of our quality and great designs in the future.  We’ll keep you posted with new stockists when they come on board.

Why do your tops cost more than the High Street?

We try to make every effort to keep our prices reasonable. But unlike the High Street, every top is hand designed. Our prints are engineered to perfectly suit each garment. And each piece is organic, hand cut and hand made in Britain.

Why bamboo?

Fabric made from bamboo is better for the environment. It’s totally sustainable and thrives naturally without using any pesticides or fertilizers. Bamboo fibre is 100% biodegradable and is the fastest growing plant in the world. It’s also better for you. It’s soft and smooth.  It absorbs and evaporates sweat in a split-second, it’s highly breathable in hot weather, antibacterial, anti-static and cuts out 98% of harmful UV rays. It’s also great for sensitive skin. 

Can I wash bamboo as normal?

We recommend you hand wash bamboo using cold water. Our tops and dresses can also be ironed without any worries. To retain the bamboo’s excellent water absorbency it’s best to avoid fabric softeners.

Do your tops or dresses shrink?

Shrinkage is slightly more likely in bamboo clothing than in cotton. We wash our products as part of the printing process, which helps keep shrinkage within normal UK limits. We also build in a small amount of extra material to the length for good measure. 


Our returns policy

What happens if I’m not happy with my purchase?

We believe in the quality of our clothes. So we stand by our products come what may.

If you’re not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, simply return it to us within 14 days for a replacement or refund. 

How do I return my top?

We’re keen to make this as easy as we can for you. Simply take the package to your nearest Post Office and send it back to Sara C. If you have any questions, email returns@sara-c.com.
